They kept me informed as to the status of the repairs to my car, and everyone was very kind and helpful.
The communication was abysmal, among other problems. I was told a date that it would be ready, but it was 2 weeks after that. Was told it was ready for paint and that it would be done on a Monday and ready to pick up on a Friday. Called Friday they had not even started on it.
