Everything went great buying our vehicle but after you buy anything after that they don’t care. We bought floor mats for my husbands vehicle and was told they would be shipped directly to us, after waiting about a month we received nothing. Tried calling them multiple times with no returned calls. Have been calling for months now asking to speak with a manager and supposedly always with a customer so they will have him call us back. First of all is the help Benny Morton has been. We have purchased vehicles from Joe Holland and it has always been such an easy and non stressful experience.
