Untimely work, they keep your car for over a week (without offering a loaner) claiming "parts get lost in the mail", service reps are awful about returning phone calls. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with covid and everything; my car had to go there for 2 months in a row bc something was either overlooked or not fixed correctly. Wow is all I can say I went in there as they closed in total distraught after not getting a loan else where due to my poor credit Ken Hatfield was working the desk and after telling him in the worst way possible what happened he sat me down in his office took down some information and gave me his card.
