RecommendedHighly recommend Joe Holland!! Such a smooth process with Salesman Ken Hatfield and Roger Miller. Both very professional, courteous, and went out of their way for me. I had been waiting with GM for over 6 months for my 2022 Chevy Suburban and Ken kept me in the loop every Monday with updates on it. He went out of his way for me. This was one of the best service departments in the valley for many years. Now it is horrible! I purchased the vehicle new and went immediately on a trip. On the return home it went into limp mode due to lack of oil. I had to put oil in it at an Advance Auto Parts. I called Joe Holland and they were 3 days before they could look. The car buying process with Joe Holland is great…the sales people are easy to work with and their service is top notch. The service department on the other hand is a complete JOKE. They consistently provide the worst service to their customers. The wait is always ridiculous, when you call you can never get a hold of anyone (even to ask a simple question), when you need to make an appointment they want you to leave a message…what??? *Advisory* Avoid Joe Holland Dealership in South Charleston WV at all cost. I purchased a new 2020 Tiguan from them in October 2020. Within two weeks a module went out causing most functions of the car not to work. It took them almost a month to get the part in (only after I filed a complaint with VW) to get it repaired. Since then I have had issues with the stereo freezing where I have to leave it overnight to be able to us it. Then on Saturday check engine light comes on saying check engine oil. These guys helped me out in so many ways! I was home on leave and me and my wife had been looking for a new car for a few months.
