Joe Hall roofing patiently spent hours, both with me, and also with the buyer of my house, discussing a potential roof repair for our home. Then they did all of the interface with the insurance agent, so that our effort in replacing the roof was minimal. The installation occurred in a single day, on very short notice to accommodate our sale closing date , was professional, and looks excellent.

I would not recommend using Joe Hall roofing. They damaged my ** unit while installing my roof. The on-site crew leader said they would pay for damages, but then the main office said that they would not. They claimed the ** was installed against building regulations, but when checking with the city I was told that the regulations for were not in place until 2006 so did not apply. The sales manager I spoke with also said that this type of damage commonly occurs and so they have a clause in their contract stating they are not ... read more
Joe Hall Roofing did a fantastic job on my new roof, I couldnt be happier. His assistant is incredible to work with and one thing I really liked about them, is if there is something I didnt like, they fixed it. Seems like with so many companies, the ideals of customer service has gone by the wayside. But I really feel like they get it!!! I would recommend Joe Hall Roofing to anyone. They really came through for *** had been hit by a tornado and they responded very quickly.
We had our home roofed in June 2022 by Joe Hall Roofing. The entire staff from estimator to scheduler to installers to cleanup were professional, polite, and courteous. The roof looks great; good color match, and blends in with neighborhood. We would recommend their company for your roofing needs.
Joe Hall Roofing replaced my roof 20 years ago. They recently (11/1/21) installed a new roof that I am happy with. However, I am very disappointed with the customer service in addressing a gutter issue. I have brought this issue to my sales person 2 times over a 3 week period without any results.
