He was great during the whole process; answered all my many questions and never made me feel uncomfortable about whatever my questions were about. We had our roof replaced using Joe Hall Roofing a couple of weeks ago. ***** **** was our Sales *** and he did a phenomenal job from first contact. His estimate was more comprehensive than the insurance adjusters, even discovering that the adjuster didnt notice we had an existing hail-resistant roof and had quoted a lower cost replacement.
