Watch out for the business managers. They try to slide extended maintenance warranties and all other warranties and guarantees in your final sales paperwork. It took me weeks to cancel them and get them refunded back to my credit union. Just make sure you read everything on that dumb tablet they hand you and ask many many questions. I failed to do that trusting them. Never again!

We started trying to purchase a vehicle on June 26, 2020. 5 days after signing paperwork, we found out that the wrong vin number had been put on the paperwork. That, along with the fact that the vehicle was having major mechanical issues, led to purchasing a different vehicle. That was on July 3rd or so of 2020. Our sales person Andrea is the best! She sent pictures of vehicles we might be interested in and then had our choice ready to look at when I got there. This is the third car we’ve bought with Andreas’s help and highly recommend her. After buying the car I appreciated McKinzey’s help setting up the tech features. She was patient and informative.
