Sheri and Joe from Joe Cool's Cooling and Heating are amazing! Joe is honest, knowledgeable, professional and handled our AC issue quickly and with great expertise. Unfortunately we had an issue with the previous company our warranty sent out, they said our AC needed things that it didn't, things they knew warranty did not cover and tried to make money off of us. Joe Cool's is by far the best HVAC company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and unfortunately I have had to deal with many. I was having ongoing issues with my main A/C unit that just weren't getting fixed, or were "fixed" improperly. Unfortunately I was going through American Homeshield (that is an entirely different battle) and the techs they kept sending to my house either didn't have adequate knowledge of what they were doing, or just flat out didn't care. Joe came by and replaced the capacitor on our outside condensing unit. It worked for about a week. He told me to call him as there was a 30 day guarantee period. When our A/C unit went out again, I called and was told to call the home warranty company again to do a recall, when he specifically told me them directly. When I called I was told they wouldn’t be able to be here till Tuesday. Also that we had to call AHS to file another claim. This is flat out ridiculous. So we called AHS and did an emergency claim. Great job fast and the Service Tech Joe was fantastic explained what happened and fixed it quick and perfectly. Checked out the system to be sure no other issues. Great office lady who called and let me know timing on arrival...very personable...highly recommend this company

Terrible customer service. Went to home warranty for nothing. Would not recommend service from this establishment. Ensure that everything is working properly before the technician leaves!!!!!
