Got in touch with them through a claim from American home shield. They contacted me on a Sunday and came out found the issue quickly and came back the next day finished repairs. Great communication and customer service. They k ew it was cold and the urgency. Thank you guys for taken care of me.

First cold spell of the year and the heater didn’t work. Everyone was shivering all night long. I couldn’t do anything about it because I work 12 hr night shifts. I contacted my home warranty and got referred to Joes. Tho a worse cold front was coming so waiting the allotted “24 business hour” time frame to contact us given by the home warranty company. My ac unit is over 25 years old so I have AHS for this reason. Joe Cool was assigned to me on a service call and have always done a great job. Any time I need service I request them, Joe told me it was just a matter time before I would have to replace the complete unit. That time came this month...Joe and Sherry are great people, professional, honest and worked with me and my crazy work schedule to get my new unit in at a great price and fast.
