Sheri and Joe from Joe Cool's Cooling and Heating are amazing! Joe is honest, knowledgeable, professional and handled our AC issue quickly and with great expertise. Unfortunately we had an issue with the previous company our warranty sent out, they said our AC needed things that it didn't, things they knew warranty did not cover and tried to make money off of us. Great job fast and the Service Tech Joe was fantastic explained what happened and fixed it quick and perfectly. Checked out the system to be sure no other issues. Great office lady who called and let me know timing on arrival...very personable...highly recommend this company

Got in touch with them through a claim from American home shield. They contacted me on a Sunday and came out found the issue quickly and came back the next day finished repairs. Great communication and customer service. They k ew it was cold and the urgency. Thank you guys for taken care of me.
