From Mr. Joe to Ms. Sherry to the installers of my new system everyone was SUPER AMAZING. They all took time to explain and answered every question I have. They all were very welcoming and informative! As a 1st time home owner I feel a little more knowledgeable about the up keep of my new AC unit❣️ I wish Home Shield would’ve assigned them to me 1st, probably would’ve saved $2300 for a problem that was never fixed. JOE COOLING to the RESCUE❣️ Thanks Again Guys❣️ You now have a new client❣️

Joe is incredibly trustworthy and knowledgeable. I'm glad my insurance company sent him for a second opinion. The other company, whom my insurance sent first, told me that I needed to replace my zone-board, which had only been replaced 5 months prior, as well as possibly something else. This was not covered by my insurance. Joe Cooling simply fixed the wire placement errors. Thank you so much, Joe; the heater is working great this cold winter.

Was assigned this technician through my home warranty company for a heating tune up. The technician did not initially know he was there for a tune up, and did not seem to be at my residence long enough to have completed all the steps on the list. A few days later I go to get in my attic and realize the string has been snapped off and the wood around two bolts connecting the door to the attic stairs is shattered. I can’t thank Sheri and Joe enough for saving us MONEY. I was told by 2 companies previously that our zone board went out and it was $1900 or $1400 with the other company. I talked with Sheri and told her what I was told by other companies being the issue. She was able to give me an estimate over the phone IF that was really the problem. I set up an appointment and Joe came out. After review, Joe stated it’s not the zone board, wiring is bad!! You talk about honesty!! Sheri and Joe from Joe Cool's Cooling and Heating are amazing! Joe is honest, knowledgeable, professional and handled our AC issue quickly and with great expertise. Unfortunately we had an issue with the previous company our warranty sent out, they said our AC needed things that it didn't, things they knew warranty did not cover and tried to make money off of us.
