Joe is incredibly trustworthy and knowledgeable. I'm glad my insurance company sent him for a second opinion. The other company, whom my insurance sent first, told me that I needed to replace my zone-board, which had only been replaced 5 months prior, as well as possibly something else. This was not covered by my insurance. Joe Cooling simply fixed the wire placement errors. Thank you so much, Joe; the heater is working great this cold winter.

I can’t thank Sheri and Joe enough for saving us MONEY. I was told by 2 companies previously that our zone board went out and it was $1900 or $1400 with the other company. I talked with Sheri and told her what I was told by other companies being the issue. She was able to give me an estimate over the phone IF that was really the problem. I set up an appointment and Joe came out. After review, Joe stated it’s not the zone board, wiring is bad!! You talk about honesty!! Was assigned this technician through my home warranty company for a heating tune up. The technician did not initially know he was there for a tune up, and did not seem to be at my residence long enough to have completed all the steps on the list. A few days later I go to get in my attic and realize the string has been snapped off and the wood around two bolts connecting the door to the attic stairs is shattered. Joe came by and replaced the capacitor on our outside condensing unit. It worked for about a week. He told me to call him as there was a 30 day guarantee period. When our A/C unit went out again, I called and was told to call the home warranty company again to do a recall, when he specifically told me them directly. When I called I was told they wouldn’t be able to be here till Tuesday. Also that we had to call AHS to file another claim. This is flat out ridiculous. So we called AHS and did an emergency claim. Joe Cool's is by far the best HVAC company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and unfortunately I have had to deal with many. I was having ongoing issues with my main A/C unit that just weren't getting fixed, or were "fixed" improperly. Unfortunately I was going through American Homeshield (that is an entirely different battle) and the techs they kept sending to my house either didn't have adequate knowledge of what they were doing, or just flat out didn't care.
