I would like to finally receive the proper paperwork on the vehicle I purchased 6 weeks ago, and be able to purchase the license plate. I can't believe it takes 6 weeks or more to correct the mistakes. It is beginning to seem Joe Bullard Cadillac was more concerned with me having buyers remorse and getting the vehicle off the lot than making sure everything was correct.

So impressed with the quality service we got. Andrew took time to tell us and show us everything. Even picked out something I never would have choose and wound up buying it. Great service and follow up also. Can't wait to enjoy our new ride. Andrew was even an awesome babysitter for our 5 yo even bought him an icee off the icrecream truck. Def made us a new friend. Even Roosevelt was top notch with competitive rates. Def a family business and we will be back for all of our future vehicle needs.
