We came in recently for service at Joe Bullard Cadillac for a bad alternator on our 07 DTS that we purchased nearly 3 years ago from them. They were able to get the car back on the road the same day, but noticed a problem right at closing. They graciously provided a loaner to get us to the next day and for the minor problem to be fixed. Each & every time I enter this dealership, whether it is to make ANOTHER purchase or service department I am treated with courtesy, professionalism & friendliness! Customer Service always the best!! I've been dealing with Joe Bullard for years and always have a friendly face greet me. Sales reps are always just as friendly and helpful.
I really hate the customer service of Joe Bullard Cadillac. I will continue to give them bad reviews when it comes to a service wash. My car is always dirty when I pick it up from being service. This isn't any representation of a luxury car dealership. I have spoken on this matter several times, and I was once told that the owner ( Joe Bullard)said that this was just a free wash anyway. This shows that no one really cares about the customers experience. I have a BMW and not once have I experienced poor service at any level.
This dealership was absolutely horrible. Almost all of the employees were rude and mad because they "didn't feel like coming to work the day after Christmas." The ONLY reason I did not laugh and walk out the door, is because it was the exact vehicle I wanted. If I could rate this dealership and the sales manager a negative five stars, I would. We were also told that since we were paying cash for the vehicle, the finance department would not "like us" because they do not like when a customer pays cash because they don't make ... read more
