Excellent experience at Joe Bullard Cadillac today with Troy Andrews and finance manager Thomas. Troy our salesperson made the purchase process easy and was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the different trim options and features for the Cadillac XT5 and upon final delivery took the time to go over the vehicle and explain all the buttons and technology features of the vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My husband got a cashier check for a vehicle that he spoke to Haley McGraw and had a verbal agreement to be there Saturday morning to make purchase and she sold it and didn’t even call him to let him know. She wasted our time!!! Will never go or speak to them for anything.
