Folks at Joe Bike are very helpful. We needed a shop to assemble our custom made Bruce Gordon bikes, and they did a great job. Highly recommend them!
These guys are great. Not only they told me what would not work, they told me what to do to make it right. I had a problem with the brakes in my bike, I thought that changing the pads would be the solution but I was wrong. They told me that the problem was the calipers and they were right. I bought a set of calipers from them, they told me how to install them and the brakes work great. Thank you. Definitely, I will go back next time I need something for my bike, I can trust them.

I was looking for a new Marin bike that I thought wouldn't be available locally. Joe's website had an email to check availability, and even after store hours he responded immediately to let me know that it wasn't in shop but he'd be happy to order it for me. Knowing that he'd just have to ship it again (to Illinois) I did end up finding it locally, but his support was top notch and I will be ordering parts and small items that are easy to ship from Joe in the future. I picked up a custom built Tout Terrain bicycle with a Pinion gearbox and belt drive from Joe Bike in June, 2015 and took it to my house in Jackson Hole. This is an expensive bicycle that I use for long distance touring. First let me say the wiring was excellently done, the parts were as specified in my contract with Joe Bike, and there was no cosmetic damage on the bike.
