Service department was really slow. I had a 8:40 appointment for a regular service they told me it would take 2 hours I didn't leave till 12:30. You do the math... Atleast give my truck a wash🤷♂️

Jim Clark was able to diagnosis and repair my vehicle accurately, giving my kids a safe ride to school every morning! Their staff is extremely friendly, patient, and time efficient. The correct repairs to ensure your vehicle is safe is their top priority!

Our Chevy Cruze was on a 2020 roadtrip from Mississippi to Michigan. The clutch started smoking during the trip. Hearing that parts supply chain is interrupted with COVID had the vehicle towed from Michigan to Carl Black in Nashville where I knew I could let sit for a few days if needed due to any parts delay. Service center called and quoted the price to replace the clutch. Gave them him the ‘go ahead’ to proceed with the clutch replacement. Received a second phone cal...Continue Reading
