Very poor customer service by the Owner of all people and not very good food, i dont recommend it at all. I would rather go a block down and eat at la casta where the owner is very nice and can talk to customers with out being very rude...
I used to love Joe's, good food, good service, been there many times. I recently attempted to eat their and was asked to leave as they did not allow dogs, including service dogs in their restaurant. Upon stating he was a service dog I was told the owner has decreed no dogs, including service dogs were allowed. I, and my service dog, went down the street to LaCasita where they promptly sat us and made no mention of the dog. Very disappointed in what used to be a good place to eat.

My wife and I have been going for a few years now and it's been going down hill. The food is okay, not the best. The service is hit and miss. If you sit in the front you get great service and your food comes quickly. If you are in the back you will have a wait. We waited 2 hours to get 3 meals and when we asked how much longer they brushed us off, we watched 6 tables get theirs and leave.
Sad situation. We were a party of 12! Believe me they were getting their money. I had my little girl who does not like their kid's meals with me. She was quietly eating a Happy Meal. I mentioned it to our waiter and he said we were ok. The owner came over and told me it wasn't allowed. She was very rude and unaccommadating. I would think, as a small business, she would aim to make her customers happy. I don't think we'll return!
Mediocre food at best. Canned pineapple and canned chicken. A disgrace
