Always Busy.. maybe TOO busy This is actually Joe Banditos. I dont know why they attached the Veras name. If you can get there on a day when the waitress is paying attention.. if you can get there when it isnt super full. The food is good. If you happen to show up at lunch and there are a bunch of big tables ahead of you..You had better hope you have more than 1 hour for lunch. The service is also hit or miss..I do like the chips and Salsa..
RecommendedWe drove from Bountiful to Springville to go eat at Joe Bandido's. With it being my first visit, I am happy to say I was very pleased. The menu was simple, but the food served were rustic, wholesome and more importantly full of flavor. We'll definitely be coming back for more
Great food & great service! I’m so impressed with their takeout service during Covid. The food arrived hot and the portions were just as generous as dining in.
We recently moved to Springville and were told we HAD to try Joe Banditos. The service, food and atmosphere were AMAZING. The chips and fresh and crispy and the salsa is addictive. Definitely recommend and will be returning soon.
Ordered our meals of one beef enchilada meal separately with separate bags of chips. Also ordered an additional small bag of chips. So we wanted 3 small bags of chips and salsa, so that one could be saved for tomorrow. Instead we got our meals incorrectly and 2 large bags of chips and salsa. Not at all what we ordered and TERRRIBLE SERVICE!!!
We love Joe Banditos so much that since we have moved from #Springville we go back almost every week. We have taken many of our friends from out of town there and when they come back that is the first place they want to go,. Ever ever had a bad meal there. Love it. It,s our favorite place to eat out.
Haven’t had anything here that I didn’t love! Chips and salsa amazing!!! Fish tacos also amazing. It’s my favorite Mexican food in Utah County.
I wish I lived closer. the food is so good
This is our favorite place. We eat her at least once a month and sometimes more. Their chips and salsa are the best!
