Received an email promptly after requesting one. Responded and asked for pictures. No response. Emailed the manager a week later, requesting for them to hold the truck, and I would be interested in purchasing that evening, and got an automated response. Called later that afternoon and was told someone put a deposit on the truck. I still haven’t received a response to any of my emails.
Awesome experience, from Jan, Ryder, and Michael. Jan took all our info over the phone an I emailed the paystubs he needed. All we had to do was test drive and sign the paperwork the morning we we're scheduled. Michael even got us a lower interest rate on our loan that morning. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST WE'VE EVER DEALT WITH. We will buy from here again!
Jan their sales manager responded unfortunately they sold the truck before I got to test drive it.
The dealership was top notch. Friendly courteous and helpful. Had the answers to all my questions. The vehicle I test drove was not for me but I would be comfortable buying from them!

Went to look at this vehicle and no one wanted to help me at all. It was as if I was wasting their time. I walked out and drove away. Apparently they don't care to make a sale.
Salesperson was short with me. Vehicle was not even there. Got emails 4-5 days later they got the vehicle back. Stopped in there a year ago as well and made an offer and they acted like asking for 500.00 off a very used vehicle was a total insult. I'll never stop there again.
The dealership responded quickly. although i aked for absolute bottom line price i never received a quote. Emails sent to me were very nice and said ready to help.
I did not realize this truck is a double cab and not a crew cab. Otherwise their e-mail was friendly.
