Representative got back with me right away and was friendly and not "pushy", leaving it open-ended if I am interested to contact him. Just overpriced for my budget! Sure like the low mileage!
I submitted my info online, and they ran my credit 5/6 times. No one ever called me back to say I was approved or denied. Plus the panels were not aligned correctly and they couldn’t explain why. I understand my credit is weak, but they could have contacted me back. Would not recommend.

Stopped emailing me back about information in the truck and trade in value in my Personal vehicle. Which caused us unable to make a deal.
Received an email promptly after requesting one. Responded and asked for pictures. No response. Emailed the manager a week later, requesting for them to hold the truck, and I would be interested in purchasing that evening, and got an automated response. Called later that afternoon and was told someone put a deposit on the truck. I still haven’t received a response to any of my emails.
Awesome experience, from Jan, Ryder, and Michael. Jan took all our info over the phone an I emailed the paystubs he needed. All we had to do was test drive and sign the paperwork the morning we we're scheduled. Michael even got us a lower interest rate on our loan that morning. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST WE'VE EVER DEALT WITH. We will buy from here again!
