James was awesome. I was having issues with the credit union that I was originally trying to get a auto loan through. James offered to see about getting me financed through a few banks that they deal with. They would up getting me a loan with an interest rate almost twice as low as the credit union. He was very knowledgeable and the buying process was the quickest I've ever had when buying a car. He had everything ready when I came in so we were able to get right down to business.
