It's all excellent and will actually cook a steak correctly! And the peach cobbler is definitely worth even if you are too full from the delicious meal!
Have eaten there for years when rodeoing and always a good meal. Steak cooked as ordered every time. I recommend it highly.
Starting going to Joe Allens while in Air Force in the late 1980s, every time I'm through Abilene I stop for great BBQ still
We drive 3 hours to eat there. It has always exceeded our expectations. The steak is always perfect, tender and full of flavor. This is always worth the 3 hour drive each way!

Ate here on Friday June 16th for lunch while visiting family in Abilene. Food was fine. However, credit card was hacked!!! Bank confirmed it happened here. If you ate there this day, monitor your credit card. Sure we were not the only one!!!
