Horrible experience. We walked in and nobody was there to greet people, then a young lady came up to the hostess section but didn’t look at us and did not greet us. Third time she walked to the hostess desk she finally told us that someone would be up to help us shortly. Nothing. Others that walked in after us were seated before us, they clearly did not have reservations. We were never seated therefore we left the restaurant. The highlight was most definitely the steak...hands down...Texas Roadhouse ain't got nothin on Joe Allen's Pit BBQ.The steak was cooked to perfection!!...I highly recommend eating there...will go back most definitely!!
