Waited over one hour in the waiting room after our appt time. Ridiculous!
We didn’t see Dr. Graves directly, but his staff was excellent when helping remove a googly eye (yes, a googly eye) that my son had managed to put in his ear. Nurse Practitioner Katrina was fantastic in explaining what she was going to do and in evaluating my son. She quickly removed the googly eye from his ear in less than a minute (whereas the physician at Children’s Urgent Care on Emory failed to do anything, even after 20 mins of trying). It was quite pleasant,all the staff was courteous and polite and all around nice group of people
Took my 3mo to Dr. Graves and was very happy with the experience! The office staff was very friendly and we were seen promptly. Dr. Graves was very professional and asked very thoughtful questions regarding my son. I would highly recommend him to others! My only complaint would be that the office itself could use a bit of TLC, repainting, new furniture ect.
