Jody's, named after owners Joann and Don Mendham, has served Rockford families since 1981. Jody's has become a Rockford icon because we are a fast service restaurant with a menu that you would only expect in expensive restaurants. And, in age when other fast food restaurants are adding "premium" products to the menu, we are proud to say that Jody's has offered premium products to customers for over a quarter of a century.

Jody Burgers! This place has all around great food, especially their burgers. Be sure to ask for a Jody Burger! They have fast service and great prices too. We prefer to eat here for lunch.
GOOD Much better then normal fast food place's. Food is very well priced and is all homemade. I really like their milkshakes. My daughter is a fan of there cheese burgers.
Mom (that's Marcia) and I went to Jody's for our dinner tonight. I haven't been here in a few years. They were our favorite place to go when we lived in Rockford. I am extremely disappointed. We each got Jody Jr. Burgers and Chili Cheese Fries. They are both very different. The burger patties were pre-formed burgers and definitely not fresh. Had not been to Jody's in years. It use to be so good. Well tonight at the drive thru less then good. Many employees standing at drive thru station yet our order was all wrong. One burger had no condiments period, only cheese, other burger had wrong condiments, fries were only half cooked and ice tea tasted like it had been sitting there for 2 weeks. Tried to go back through to get correct stuff, after sitting in the line again for 10 minutes and only two cars in front of us we left. Very disappointing.
RecommendedEverything is delicious!!! ... but. We just went through the drive thru and grabbed dinner on this beautiful day, drove over to Wabasis Park to enjoy our meal. DANG IT!! 2nd day in a row ( I eat here a lot ) NO UTENSILS OR CONDIMENTS THAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TWICE FOR!!! This happened Oct 10 at 5:00 pm. I’m writing this while wondering if I’ll go back, as I stare at this food I’m unable to eat !! 😡
Can't say I tried the food. We walked in, saw several staff members and no one greeted us. Not a hello, what can we get you, nothing. So we left!
Always an amazing meal at Jodys!
Nice quiet small town restaurant. The food is good not a big menu but if you like chicken you should not have a problem finding something you like. We have gone here off and on for years and it seams to be a hangout for local seniors . ( I’m a senior so we seam to fit right in👍) prices are not bad. It always looks clean.
My “white meat” chicken dinner had no white meat, the breading was chewy and the onion rings were awful. I couldn’t eat any of it. Will not be back!
