What a worthless office. Thanks to COVID, my yearly appointment had to be postponed. Fine, whatever. However, I requested an extension on my necessary meds so I could remain functional until my next appointment. Apparently, they are happy to do the easy part of extended the script, but doing the tough part of pre-authorization for insurance purposes was way too hard to complete. There wait times are ridiculous. I had an appointment in November with Dr Kelly which I had to wait over two hours for only to be seen for less then 15 minutes. Have a hard time receiving a call back from the office with answers to questions. Today I waited for over an hour and had to leave due to prior appointments. I rescheduled other appointments for this one because they said if I could not come in today I would have to wait until July 22 to be seen. Recommendedshe is one of the most loving caring doctors I have seen in a long time will recommend her always. the staff is amazing that works with her nurses always have care and compassion and willing to listen to what you have to say!
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. During delivery Jody acted like she didn’t even remember seeing me prior in her office. She asked me what I was having!! And in the middle of me pushing, told me to take a break and she left the room. Anything could have happened to me or my baby. I had a horrible birth experience because of her. And I got a call one week before my appointment telling me they’re dropping me as a patient. I cannot find a gynecologist within a week to give me my birth control shot and we don’t want another ... read more
Although the care is fine the wait is terrible. Every time I go I wait for around an hour to be seen. An hour wait time, every time, is unacceptable.
I thought I had an appointment today 8/5, but it turns out my appointment was actually tomorrow on 8/6. When I got to the office I had told them I couldn’t make it tomorrow and they figured out a way to squeeze me in for an appointment and a quick sono, and I never once felt like a burden! I would recommend to any expecting moms! Absolutely love them!
I love this office and the staff. I never have long wait times and I get in and out for appointments. Wonderful staff and doctors! Been going here for years!
In the beginning they are really nice. Later in my pregnancy I waited over two hours in the waiting room to be seen. They are extremely unorganized and didn’t call in my prescriptions when they said they did and cancelled some of my appointments and rescheduled them without telling me. I have been lied to on more than 1 occasion. Some events that happened were so bad that I actually went to patient relations and reported one of the drs. So far my experience has been terrible!
Went here when I was pregnant with my son and currently seeing them again with the pregnancy. They're always friendly, professional and actually seem to care for you and your baby.
