The arena was built as a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose facility and anchors the 223-acre, $1 billion development Westgate City Center - the "crown jewel" of sports and entertainment complexes. On October 25, 2006, Jobing.com purchased the naming rights to the building and Glendale Arena was renamed Jobing.com Arena. Had a sad little girl at the game tonight. All the Dipping Dots stands seem to be gone.
I love the venue. The criticism i have is the price of parking. I went to a concert. The ticket cost $40. Parking was $25. Talk about ripping off people. Greedy is not a strong enough word.
One of the best arenas around!
