Awesome arena and not a bad seat in the house. Easy in and easy out. Pleasant staff and fans. Maybe back there some day to see my Bruins again.

Went to the Coyotes game on Sat. Oct 11. Went to buy nachos and they refused to NOT put jalapeños on my nachos and wouldn't NOT put ice in my drink. Wife bought hot chocolate and they did not give her a sleeve so she almost burned her hand getting it back to out seats. First drink it spilled all over her and her jersey. They broke the lid putting it on her cup. Worst venue experience ever. Eat/Drink before or after the event because the service here is horrible.

Had fun but couldn't see the stage. No monitors? Won't see a show here again unless I'm front and center! Oh and whoever scheduled a football game and JT concert at the same time should be fired. No idea how the Super Bowl will handle the crowds.

Please do NOT have two events on the same night again. (cardinal, JT concert) Took over an hour to park, and the wait was close to 2 hours to get into any restaurant. We ended up paying 30$ for a hot dog and beer, in Jobing com arena. There was just too many people for this little area to accommodate. The only plus was they had a debit card machine to process payment for parking, and the price to park was ridiculous, if you ask me. Won't be back anytime soon!
