Glendale Arena opened its doors on December 26, 2003. The arena was built as a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose facility and anchors the 223-acre, $1 billion development Westgate City Center - the "crown jewel" of sports and entertainment complexes. On October 25, 2006, Jobing.com purchased the naming rights to the building and Glendale Arena was renamed Jobing.com Arena. Owned by the City of Glendale, Jobing.com Arena is home to the National Hockey League's Phoenix Coyotes. Since opening, the arena has established itself as ... read more

Saw Trans Siberian Orchestra and it was an amazing show! I thought we had good seats and felt the layout of the arena was good. We found free parking within a short walk. My small complaint would be the arena seats were not very comfortable and kinda smashed down or just plain worn out.
Quite possibly the worst Venue I have ever been to? The seats are absolutely painful. No one could move around us. I will never go to an event at this venue ever again.
Went to the see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra show at 3 pm. EXCELLENT show...as good as any Las Vegas show I have been to and probably better! We got there an hour early so parking was a breeze and security lines went pretty fast. My only small complaint (very small) would be that it was a little cold in there. But the flames helped warm things up. This was my first experience with the arena and I thought it was as nice as any other arena I have been to. Would definitely go again and recommend it to others. It is a great venue, very nice !! I would definitely go to an event there again !!
Saw Trans Siberian Orchestra here. Great venue, no issue with acoustics where I was sitting or issues seeing the stage. Personally, as a huge fan of the band, I was too far from the stage, just shy of nosebleed, and will get tickets closer to the stage. Given the amount of seating, I could have had it much worse.
great place for a concert or any venue it has all the exits and entrances you need the sound systems and the quality of the sound is great
Loved the show except for the loud blonde singer. the light / fire show and orchestra couldn't be better. Had to wait to enter parking lot only to be told fee was $20 - I thought he was joking. Unable to get out of line because of cars behind us. Asked about handicap parking, he said straight ahead but probably aren't any. There weren't and had to walk a distance !!!for $20!!!!! Then waited in line to get in ( with bad knees & back) then to get to our seats STEPS! Went to customer service (2 windows )only one was open!! Two ... read more
The seating is too crammed together. I'm an average sized guy & I was uncomfortable the whole night. Heard similar comments from the people around us. The ushers were extremely rude. Bad venue to hold a concert in, hope TSO can find a better place next year. Nice to get gouged for $20.00 to park our car when we arrived as well.
I've been to that venue many times in the past several years for Coyotes games and various concerts. I prefer it over Talking Stick Arena because the seats and leg room make a game or concert much more comfortable. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Living in Queen Creek I will be happy to see the Coyotes move to Tempe. That drive to Glendale is terrible.
