The arena was built as a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose facility and anchors the 223-acre, $1 billion development Westgate City Center - the "crown jewel" of sports and entertainment complexes. On October 25, 2006, Jobing.com purchased the naming rights to the building and Glendale Arena was renamed Jobing.com Arena. My son's hockey team had a tournament there yesterday. Fabulous service from every employee we interacted with. Great experience!
Great people and overall experience! Too bad I have to go all the way from Scottsdale to watch hockey. If it were more centrally located I would attend more often.
