The arena was built as a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose facility and anchors the 223-acre, $1 billion development Westgate City Center - the "crown jewel" of sports and entertainment complexes. RecommendedGreat place for an event. The upper bowl is super steep which was a little scary but made for great viewing. Didn’t have any concessions. Bathrooms all had lines out the doors.
Atrocious customer service. Needed to exchange tickets for handicapped seats. Called in advance and was told to come to the box office and I could exchange them. Was even told it would be better for me to come in advance of the show instead of waiting until the day of the show in case they sold out. I drive 25 miles each way only to be told by the box office that the exchange could only be done on the day of the show. Absolutely ridiculous.
Great place to go see the PBR. Lots of shopping and great restaurants. Nice and clean 🤠
This is one of the best venues in the valley
we have enjoyed several wonderful concerts here. lots of seating, but an intimate feel. Skip the crowded floor seats--go for the balcony, IMHO. good view, good sound. Pics ok for most shows. Come early to grab a bite to eat and try your luck. 😉

We had my Granddaughters Birthday party there last night Everyone had such a fabulous time together! And the food they serve was spectacular, even when Thanksgiving was the day before! You all at Gila River Arena Rock!!
