Joan is fantastic. She made me feel like family. The wristlet that I ordered was beautiful and was ready on time.
Delivery was canceled last minute by the florist. They sent an email but they had my phone number and should have called me. I didn’t see the email until after the birthday had passed. Will not be using them in the future, not reliable.
First and last time using this company. I was contacted numerous times by the driver who was unable to find the address. My recipient was also contacted 4-5 times. They tell me the address is not available on Google maps or Mapquest, which is not the case. When the flowers finally arrived, they were missing stems and looked like they’d been mishandled in transport.
