I find Dr. Fava extremely knowledgeable and approachable. She is a great communicator and listener. I have had only positive experiences and have responded extremely well to her care. I credit her skills for the high level of my recovery from injury. The staff is great. The office is very clean and well kept. The care I received here is first class.

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Would you recommend this chiropractor to others? I Already Have

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs.

Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

They were extremely careful Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that!
