Absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Ng-Glazier. She’s truly exceptional (brilliant!) and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time working together.
I had an appointment with Dr. Ng-Glazier today. I found her very cold and uncaring. She basically said this is the surgery take it or leave it. Unwilling in any way to work with me on the insurance. It is very sad that doctors feel they have to push back on their patients because of insurance restraints. Not totally blaming her but her bedside manner could definitely use improvement.
Recommending! Dr. Ng-Glazier is awesome and her staff is caring and compassionate. The whole process was well communicated and efficient. I’m very happy with the results. Thank you!
I had two surgical procedures completed by Dr. Ng-Glazier. My experience was excellent - from the warmth and friendliness of her office staff to her communication and expertise. She was thorough and instilled confidence with her explanations of the process. She was patient with my questions and did not rush our visits. My results were even better than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Ng-Glazier and I'm so glad to have chosen her.
Wonderful experience with Dr. Ng-Glazier for a breast reduction! She has a really good balance of being kind and nonjudgmental while being very efficient and confident. Consults were easy, the surgery was seamless, and she was very responsive for post-op issues and many random questions I had!
