JoAnn is VERY invested in her patients - she goes above and beyond to understand the whole picture. She is very caring and specialized in Neuro which is hard to come by. She has even referred us to other outstanding medical professionals key to healing from a TBI

If you are going to see JoAnn for couples/infidelity counseling, I suggest you look elsewhere. She was dismissive when my wife had an affair (JoAnn said it was an indiscretion not an affair, although my wife said it was an affair), encouraged my wife to not be truthful (She said I didn’t need to know), suggested I was at fault for my wife’s infidelity (what’s your roll in this?) and resisted our own independent counselors. Leave it to Shakespeare to provide an ever-so-precise description of JoAnn: "Though she be but little, she is fierce." JoAnn is indeed fierce - fiercely perceptive, savvy, and no-nonsense. She provided me with the tools and support that I needed to extract myself from the quicksand of a controlling and unfulfilling marriage, and thanks to her, I have come from a place of deep regrets to my single regret being that I didn't summon her help sooner. Trust me, make the call.
