I feel very lucky I have found JoAnn. I had only 3 sessions so far but do feel improvement already. And that’s after battling depression and social phobia for the last 25 years. I’m sure I am tough case but she just knows how to tackle it :-) I am very happy patient so far and would highly recommend her.

Joann was caring and helpful with my sleeping issues. She was also very accommodating with my schedule. She offers CBT-I, biofeedback and alpha-stim technology.

JoAnn has worked with my family. She was excellent. Thank you for everything.
JoAnn helped me immensely in a short period of time. She employed Alpha-Stim along with mindfulness and some cognitive behavioral techniques with great success to the end that I am a much happier, relaxed and less stressed person than before I visited JoAnn. The TOVA testing that she used gave me a very helpful overview of strengths and weaknesses so that I'm able to look at specific areas that are holding me back and enhance those that are helping.

JoAnn was very kind and compassionate. I sought treatment for depression and anxiety, and she helped me a lot. She has clearly had a lot of experience treating both depression and anxiety; she was non-judgmental and I felt that she understood what I was going through. I also appreciated the late afternoon availability for appointments with her, as I could go after work.
Joann is incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate. She immediately made me feel comfortable and understood. Her office feels very safe and calming. Speaking to her feels like sitting in my living room talking to a friend (a friend who just so happens to be an incredibly proficient professional). I would most definitely recommend her.
She was very informative and explained biofeedback so I could easily understand.
Wonderful to work with ..... very caring .... And always on time ..... I have worked with her for over 2 years she’s helped me process grief after the last of my 21-year-old son .... I would highly recommend her for just at any family situation.
