Joan is the best real estate agent that I have worked with! She is so honest, knowledgeable, attentive and absolutely wonderful. Joan is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was great about setting up automatic alerts while we were searching out of state so we could keep our eye out for properties that fit our needs. Once we were able to come to town she set up the ones we noticed and a few we hadn't seen and we found the perfect place. I would HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking for a great deal.
