Nurse Joan was kind and empathetic enough to accept a walk-in patient late on a Monday. She asked me questions about my condition, was able to provide needed treatment and other recommendations for full recovery. 10/10 will recommend
Nurse Practitioner Joan is very thorough and knowledgeable she helped me complete my physical and pointed me to the right resources. It was an overall nice experience and would totally recommend. 10/10 review from me!!
Do not see this women unless you want to be dismissed, unheard or unseen. This women should be ashamed of herself. Rather than acting like an empathetic medical professional she was extremely unprofessional and rude to my daughter. I will be contacting her supervisor. Someone with this type of behavior should NOT be in health care.
