NP Joan is a phenomenal practitioner. She is very passionate about her profession and it shows in her care. She teaches you how to properly take care of yourself and your family. NP also explores all options of care depending on your preferences. She focuses on complete and total care of her patients. My entire family are her patients and she has never steered us wrong. We a very satisfied patients.
My visit with NP Joan was one of the best medical visits I have had in a long time. She was very professional. Took time to explain everything to me including the lab work she ordered. Was very patient and answered all my questions. She calm my worries. Glad I went to her.
Unprofessional, clearly lacks an understanding of her chosen career field, and is extremely rude to our country’s veterans. They deserve better and the VA must do better hiring these contractors. Avoid this person at all costs.
Nurse Joan was kind and empathetic enough to accept a walk-in patient late on a Monday. She asked me questions about my condition, was able to provide needed treatment and other recommendations for full recovery. 10/10 will recommend
