Joan was a pleasure to work with. She created a plan in a process to execute and did exactly that. Highly recommend.

Top notch! Joan came highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. She welcomed the challenge of selling our third-floor walk-up and oversaw each part of the process with lots of attention to detail, creating a unique vision tailored to us and our needs. Joan is incredibly thorough and impeccable with details, so we trusted the decisions she helped us make and felt comfortable knowing we were in good hands. Her winning personally made her a pleasure to work with.
