We lost my dad today at the inpatient unit in Mt Joy--I cannot begin to express the gratitude our family has to all of you for getting us through this difficult time.There are no words for how much we appreciate all of you and what you did for him and us. Thank you.

Initial contact was with Vanessa and she was very knowledgeable and thorough along with a very pleasant and compassionate demeanor. My Mom's RN Case Manager is Jess and she was also very knowledgeable and compassionate and put my Mom at ease with handling every detail of her care. We asked Vanessa for a wheelchair which was delivered the same day to our surprise. My Mom and I are so very happy and at ease knowing that she's being well cared for.

My father, John W., passed away on 3/30 and was receiving home hospice care. The compassion and assistance he received was truly a blessing. Words cannot fully express our gratitude. I would like to thank his care team - Miranda, Jay, Kelly, Kevin, Mandy, and all other staff involved in my father's care. You were available to us 24/7 whether it be in person or by phone, anything we needed such as supplies, equipment or medication was delivered to us immediately.
