Very disappointed with this agency. My mom needs hosoice care and we contacted this agency based on recommendations. My sister called on Friday and scheduled the appointment for 10/25/15. Hospice called and confirmed appointment with my mom. My family came in from out of state and Hospice & Community care was a NO show and NO phone call on Sunday. We do NOT recommend this agency, as they weren't there when we needed them at a very difficult time.
The green team was nothing but compassionate and caring not just to the patient but for the family too. I would not have made it through the journey of caring for my loved one without them

Words can not express what we feel for Hospice & Community care, Thank you to the nurses that helped make my mom comfortable for her time here on earth. My mom really enjoyed the laughing and humor she had with them. They were not just nurses to us, They were part of our family. I want to personally Thank Rose & Ayesha! What a blessing you both are to us. God's Angels among us.

"Five + Stars!!!" This is a beautiful/clean/warm/well cared for (and well cared about) plush home-like-setting-facility located in lovely Mt. Joy, PA. They also provide in-home Hospice care as well (servicing/caring for patients whom reside in nursing home facilitiesl.) They have special programs/therapy which is also offered to the community, and to family members.
