I have been calling this office for 3 weeks and no one ever answers the phone is it closed?
Unlike some of the negative reviews on here about this practice, my experience with calling for an appointment has been nothing but positive. I find Dr Addley to be compassionate and a good listener.
Terrible doctors office!! It takes forever to get a appointment (like months) You have to wait 3-5 business days to get a perscription filled!!!...Insane!...god forbid your dying and need it. Also, they NEVER answer the phones!! ...for Anyone!! They need to shut this place down...seriously
I have repeatedly tried making an appt for my elderly mother and have been on hold for over 45 minutes! This office doesn’t care for their patients and the staff is dreadful especially the receptionist. How could an office continue to see patients which such negative reviews? Please don’t reply with a patronizing comment about how much you care about patients nor to contact the patient director. How can I contact your rep when nobody answers the phone!! Abysmal!!!
Doctor you need to step down from the office . You have no care for the patients and your employees have no care for the patients .
