The craftsmanship was fine but the customer service is not good. The are very unfriendly to deal with, do not explain their process, and are rude and vague when you have to ask questions.
I've been using Jo Rose for cabinets for the last 12 years and have never had an issue. Only complaint is my own fault by not having the job site ready for cabinets when they are ready to deliver... 2 thumbs up to Jo Rose!!
Mike Webb was the epitome of poor customer service. He accused me of "cussing" at him when what I actually asked was his reason for being so rude to me!
Came out to measure for cabinetry, but got the run around and never received estimate. Finally gave up after a month.
