EXCELLENT SERVICE We've used JoMi for regular plumbing issues for over 10 years now. They also recently installed our new tankless water heater. They are excellent. Professional and patient in explaining the problems. I have never had a scheduling issue. In fact, I just called them today to fix an emergency overflow issue and they said they will be there in 1/2 hour. They just got here and it's a half hour later. I trust them completely.
cannot recommend -inconvenient hours (about 8am to 4pm) -say they will return your call with updates on work done and then fail to do so with no explanation + the plumbers are professional
