The staff is friendly and they make you feel like family
So while we thought we lost my husbands ID when we were on vacation in Milwaukee, turns out he turned it in to play darts here the night before. Needless to say we went back to Jo-Cats and met Baylee, who casually handed us our DL as we thanked her and pleaded with her to let us buy her a drink because we were so grateful to have finally found it (having needed to get on a plane less than 12 hours later).
