Committed to keeping your patrons safe?! What a joke. Really?! Cuz i got separated from my two very drunk friends last night and the bouncer would NOT let me go in to bring them out so we could leave. He wouldn't even let me in after 1 of my drunk friends came out sans the other drunk friend. i had to sent her back in to get the other one. That DOES NOT seem very safe at all. I will NEVER be back. I love visiting Jo-Cats! Super lively bar any time, either weekly happy hour or weekends. The staff is always super friendly and atmosphere is a ton of fun. Ask one of the bartenders for an America bomb, with Smirnoff Red White & Berry. I would definitely recommend this local Milwaukee bar to anyone!
