Brett came as quickly as he could to stop my shower from spewing water. He even gave up part of his anniversary day to provide me service. He also went out of his way to explain that the visit would be expensive due to coming on the weekend and gave me the opportunity to decline the appointment. When he was here, he patiently explained what had happened and gave options for repair. Brett was a consummate Professional and I will call JNR again!

They are the best. People say that about a lot of companies but try them and you'll know why. Each and every technician is professional, polite, prompt AND great at their job. They can fix anything AND they have alerted us to other things wrong outside of plumbing that they observed while working in our basement. Finally, they use a fantastic service that texts you who is coming to your house and when they will be arriving. I can't say enough great things about Jason and his team at JNR.
