Jason and his team are the best. I highly recommend their group, very professional and really on top of their game. It would have been tough for us since we live in MA (3.5 hrs drive) but JNR took care of any issues we had (it was frozen pipes that caused tremendous damage to the house). So any plumbing and heating problem, I call JNR. They're the best plumbing company that I have worked with (lived in MA, CT, VT, WI)! Thanks JNR.
Dario came to our 1950s home to clear a completely clogged kitchen drain (wall pipe, not trap). He was prompt and pleasant, told me what the problem was and used 2 different sizes of electric auger to clear it. He is a super nice guy. I will use JNR again if we need future work.

I called JNR on Wednesday night with a heating issue, and Brett was here the next day, courteous, polite, professional and quick. Got the job done and the house warm before my kids got home from daycare. Highly recommended!
