When I first got my supplies from JNM Medical, they were great, however, they have been nothing but disappointing since their policies changed. They no longer offer free shipping so I need to drive an hour to pick up my prescribed breast milk storage bags, which is stressful with my baby that doesn’t like his car seat. Sonja at JNM Medical was incredibly helpful from the beginning all the way through the day we picked up my wife’s breast pumps. We initially applied through a few different vendors, but we were told we would have to pay a copay. A family friend recommended JNM Medical, so I gave them a call. I read so many great reviews about JNM Medical in Kapolei that I was genuinely excited to go there in person to choose my breast pump. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I honestly felt like I had been to a completely different place than the one described in the reviews.
