The owner of JNJ Lawn Service, Jose Noguera, has been exploiting my elderly parents for the last 3 years and cannot be trusted. My parents paid over $26,000 in 3 years to JNJ Lawn Service averaging $8000-$10,000 for lawn service. I live out of state and did not realize how bad my fathers dementia had become until after my mother passed away in March 2022. JNJ is unreliable. Jose does not respond to text messages. I reached out for lawn care on 5/4 we set up appointment for 5/9 and no one showed until 5/11. On 5/11 the agreed upon work was not complete and he said he would return next week to finish. He did not reach out or return to do any work the following week. He reached out saying he would come Saturday 5/28, 2 weeks later from original time. Jose did not come on 5/28 or anytime over the weekend nor did he communicate. Very nice to work with.
Jose and his crew came to work on my lawn as promised, did all the tasks promptly and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.
Hired them to cut grass; two weeks went by and they kept delaying. Never did cut it, and have refused to answer the phone or respond to texts since. Would not recommend a person that will shake your hand and promise you something then completely ignore you. Very unprofessional.
