Shady business practices, making promises they will not keep in order to have you sign a lease, they will steal your deposit and give you the runaround. Avoid. They also go by Golden State Landmark so make sure to avoid this company.
Truly a slumlord. Tree roots cause sewage to seep into the bathroom at 229 south elm drive apt 2. They claim to “fix” it, but they don’t provide a real fix so it reoccurs. Also has Cockroaches. Management is awful. Don’t rent anything owner by Jerome Nash especially on elm drive in Beverly Hills
I had lived in this apartment building on Hollywood Blvd. for many years. JN Rentals and the management has been very accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect, so close to everything, (Hollywood Dolby Theater, Sunset Blvd., amenities), the neighborhood is great, has views, the garage is gated, and the building is kept clean. Dealing with JN staff has been and still is satisfying. My dealings with Henry has been nothing but nice, friendly, he works hard for his company. I am very comfortable and enjoy living here.
