Brianna with JMZ has been a huge help! She’s had to deal with a large number of problematic properties in Detroit and has gone above and beyond to help me deal with them. She’s a very good communicator anytime if I call, text or ask about something she always responds very quickly. I definitely recommend her for property management!

Poor maintenance - ignored my leaking ceiling for months after multiple requests that were put in. The higher level manager also stopped responding. Frustrated, I had to get in external intervention and after a formal letter, they fixed it the next day after months of follow up. Had rented with them and am a past tenant of Z-Pardee managed by these folks. Keep them as 3rd or 4th on the list and seek other options first if you can.
