So far, communication has been very poor, with most of my emails and questions going unanswered for days. I keep getting repeated requests for documents I submitted (and received confirmation of receipt) weeks ago. Every time I ask a question or request a document, the JMZ employee who responds to my email ignores my question or request and instead discusses something else.
