Poor maintenance - ignored my leaking ceiling for months after multiple requests that were put in. The higher level manager also stopped responding. Frustrated, I had to get in external intervention and after a formal letter, they fixed it the next day after months of follow up. Had rented with them and am a past tenant of Z-Pardee managed by these folks. Keep them as 3rd or 4th on the list and seek other options first if you can.
I absolutely love the entire team but especially the maintenance team, Muhammad especially. Anytime I have a dilemma they are literally out the day of or the next business day to help me with anything. I appreciate the entire team!
