I was a tenant at one of JMZ’s managed properties (Z on Pardee) and had a distressing experience with their corporate responsiveness. For months, I dealt with a dangerous ceiling leak that posed a collapse risk. Despite multiple maintenance requests and direct emails to the manager, Samantha, the issue was ignored once the initial assessment was done. Great company to deal with if you like to jump through hoops just to pay rent. Twice now I made a payment online with the funds in my account, and AFTER the money was processed and taken out of my account, They returned it a few days later, and hit me with a $50 claiming my bank returned it. Jmz claims it’s my bank (5/3), my bank claims it’s Jmz. 🤔 When I called Jmz to inquire, they told me it’s not their problem and I shouldn’t be upset over it? Again this is the second time this has happened. Ridiculous
