I have to support all the reviewers who mentioned poor communication and lack of transparency I send 3-6 emails before I get a really short answer, I rented my property through them april 15th and I have not got $1 yet and not update on the profile even. We're new renters with JMZ and very impressed. With a lifetime of renting I've been with many companies with many experiences ranging all the way from nightmare to blissful, and JMZ is right up there at the top of the spectrum. All the staff have been prompt, polite and professional. The process and paperwork streamlined and near painless. Lawrence went above and beyond to ensure that as well. Stay away. Zero care towards their tenants. Moldy buildings and rooms. First of many issues started when we moved into a dirty apartment with a mold filled dishwasher and they refused to replace it or offer any type of support. They couldn't give me a professional response to save their life. This leasing company is the worst I have ever dealt with and easily the worst place i’ve ever lived. Avoid this company, they will take advantage of you to fund the fancy fish tanks in their office building.
