RecommendedI have used them multiple times. They are responsive in an emergency, do good work, and always give me options in a no-pressure manner.
Terrible customer service. Refuse to resolve a blocked sewer line that they did not completely fix. Yet in their email with receipt of payment they say, "If for any reason you are not happy with the service we provided, we will make it right." Not true!
